During Safeguarding Week, Caremax 24/7 (The healthcare agency providing nurses, care assistants and support workers) will be running a series of courses designed to:
· Bring everyone up to speed on the latest Safeguarding laws and regulations · Link these laws with other statutes such as the Care Act, Data Protection, Employment Law, Equalities Act, Health & Safety as well as Modern Slavery · Explain what’s coming next in this parliamentary session such as the On-Line Safety Bill · Help you audit your existing policies and procedures without having to reinvent the wheel · Raise awareness on a range of topics such as those listed below · Signpost further sources of information and support
